Booking FAQs

How can I book a tour/experience?

Select the tour(s) of your desire at www.wineberia.com and follow up with the booking process by filling accurately your personal information and by choosing the payment method. By clicking the “Book Now” button on the purchase form, you agree fully and without reservation to all the conditions of purchase appearing on the website at the time.

If the payment is authorized, you will receive a booking request confirmation email shortly after at the address you specified when you entered your information. This constitutes an acceptance of the specifications and characteristics of the service you purchased through Wineberia and is a binding contract between you and Wineberia.com, provided the product is available.

Once we verify the requested tour is available for your order, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing the details of your reservation, including the reference number. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours after your booking request, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find our confirmation email, please contact us at travel@wineberia.com and will get back to you shortly.

If by any reason there is no availability on the requested tour, you will be contacted by email asking for an alternative date that fits your desire. Should this not be possible, Wineberia will fully reimburse the amount paid no later than 7 days following the payment.

Note that Wineberia reserves the right to reject any or cancel any request, amongst others, for the following reasons:

– There was a technical error in pricing or on the website at the time of the order.

– Lack of availability of the product.

– The payment information was unverifiable or inaccurate.

– Security systems indicate that the request is failed or may be fraudulent.


How do I pay?

The payment is made directly through our website by providing your credit card, debit card, or PayPal details when prompted. We never store your payment information, card payments are processed through Stripe, an online payment platform that has been certified for its safety measures and data protection features, so your payment details are extra secure. If you choose to pay through PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal page to complete the process.

Prices listed on Wineberia are in Euros per person/per service, unless otherwise specified. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank, credit card company, debit card company, or PayPal may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on Wineberia, and the final amount charged to your bank account, credit card, debit card, or PayPal statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities to guides, drivers and other local service providers.


How can I change my tour set-up?

If you wish to make an alteration to your tour, please email us at travel@wineberia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation in a tour for any reason, please send us an email at travel@wineberia.com as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking and the cancellation will be complete when you receive a cancellation email from Wineberia.

Our tours involve several service providers and local partners (including chefs, guides, drivers, artisanal producers, restaurants, wineries, etc.) who are deeply impacted when a cancelation occurs with a short notice. Solely for this reason, the refund amount varies depending on the prior notice period given:

. 90% of payment, if the cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to a tour;

. 75% of payment, if the cancellation is made within 14 to 7 days prior to a tour;

. 50% of payment, if the cancellation is made within 6 to 2 days prior to a tour;

. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to a tour;

. No shows will receive no refund.

. For private tours, the cancellation policy and refund (if applicable) will be subject directly to the conditions agreed to in the budgets, approved of by the customer.
