Embark on a private traditional dinner with the locals

If you are curious about the traditions of Andalusia, you should know that going out for tapas is one of the oldest and dearest traditions of the region, as the tapas food concept was invented here in the 16th century. There are many legends about how the tapas have originated and gotten their name, one of the most popular version is that tapas were invented as a small dish of food to cover a glass, so that the wind would not bring the sand into the drink and the name comes from the Spanish verb “to cover”…

On this delicious private gourmet tapas tour our native sherpa will make you feel that you are having a typical tapas dinner in a group of close friends, he will also show you how the tapas have evolved and adapted to nowadays, as you will have a meal of 6 modern vanguard adaptations of classic delicacies each paired with a glass of Spanish wine, beer or Sherry wine. Enjoy the atmosphere and attentive service in a tapas and wine restaurant off the beaten tourist track and popular among the locals.

Great Experience!!

My husband and I love food tours in general as they teach us about the culture and history of the area plus we get to eat and drink like locals. This tour was really fun and we learned a lot. We got personalized service and were able to ask many questions. The guide was great too! I would recommend.
