Adventure yourself into Cordoba’s wine country! You’ll start with a tour through the vineyards and of the winery’s pressing houses and cellars, discovering the secrets of this this wine established in 1905 that since then is producing world-class wines. You’ll learn how the selection of the best parcels of ground are made (the chalky soils of the Sierra of Montilla and Moriles Alto), to the harvesting, transport and pressing of the grapes, followed by the fermentation of the must techniques.
The tour will end with the tasting of some of the estate’s best wines along with local cheese.
