Impress your friends back home by preparing Spanish pintxos
Head to the countryside and visit a traditonal Majorcan farm away from the hustle and bustle of noisy cities in the small village of Llucmajor. While visiting the farm, you’ll be able to taste and learn all about sobrasada and goat cheese. After touring around the finca (farm), you’ll head to a traditional Spanish pintxos cooking class with a local and skilled Majorcan expert. No prior experience is required, as the chef will adapt the class to your level, making sure you receive proper guidance at all times.
After the cooking class, it’s time to relax with great company and enjoy your “home made” pintxos paired with the best Majorcan wine as you would like too! To top of this memorable experience, you will receive a list of the available pintxos with the recipes included, perfect for impressing your friends and family back home!

• Meet as a group at the determined location and from there begin our tour of the Majorquin farm
• At the farm we will witness how sobrasada and goat cheese are still being made to this day, with tastings of each
• Meet with a local chef who will guide you through a Pintxos cooking class using organic and local farm products
• Once we finish the and cooking, it’s time to sit down and enjoy our meal in a relaxing setting
Meet Pepe, Your Native Sherpa
While Pepe was raised in Barcelona, he was born in Zaragoza. When Pepe turned 19, he set off to the United States to earn his degree in Business Administration & Marketing. Pepe is now back in Spain and makes Mallorca his home. He will treat you to some fantastic food and wine tours in his home city.

We did the Pintxos cooking class and it was a lovely evening. Pepe picked us up from Palma and brought us to the Finca. When we arrived we had a tour around the Finca and got to try lots of delicious cheese and wine (the cheese was fresh from the farm). We then learned to cook some lovely Spanish dishes – easy to make and very tasty. Thanks for a great evening.
