For an authentic Andalusian tapas experience, there is no better place to explore than Seville’s historic Triana neighborhood. This exciting culinary adventure will begin at the Triana Bridge and will take you through some of the city’s major monuments, where your local sherpa will teach you about the culture of Triana as well as about the culinary traditions. Learn all about the history and culture of Triana, famously known for flamenco dancers, bullfighters and ceramic industry.
After working up an appetite, you will meander through the narrow streets and visit four popular tapas spots, ranging from lively stand-up bars to tranquil sit-down taverns. Eat like the locals by trying a tapa and wine at each restaurant, sharing stories and hearing all about Sevillian culinary traditions. You’ll get to choose from a diverse range of dishes, including bull’s tail (Cola de toro), spinach with chickpeas (espinacas con garbanzos), fried garlic shrimps in olive oil (gambas al ajillo) and gazpacho. You will also learn to pair these delicious specialties with a variety of regional wines. Paco is a Seville native, and as a typical southern Spaniard, he knows how to celebrate every new day and show others the famous hospitality of Andalusia. Paco left his native city to gain an international gastronomic experience while living and working in different cities around Europe. He returned to his hometown passionate about the wine and food traditions determined to pursue the art of “tapas”. Paco will give you an inside look at the ancient wine and culinary traditions of historical Seville through an authentic, local experience you won’t find anywhere else.
One of the best ways to indulge, immerse and loose yourself in to the fascinating roots of Seville s food, drink & culture all passionately & proffesionally guided and cared for courtesy of Paco. Perfect visit to Sevilla
Paco gave me the best tour of the Triana district with local food and alcohol varieties. He is very well travelled and is a great chef. I highly recommend that if you are in Seville, you spend an evening with Paco.

Sevilla einmal anders
